Alongside Pax Press Rwanda and Delight Rwanda, Hope Iwacu Initiative is implementing initiatives with the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Kigali that strengthen survivor reintegration, build frontline responder capacity, and improve public awareness of emerging trafficking trends — including deceptive overseas recruitment and cyber-enabled exploitation.
Key areas of collaboration include psychosocial support and economic reintegration for survivors, training for local leaders and youth focal persons, responsible-journalism training, and promoting safe migration and digital safety.
