Kabera is an experienced project manager, more especially in socio-economic domains with over thirteen years of experience through supporting service delivery, Research, Policy/Advocacy and Partnerships, in Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, South Sudan and Ethiopia. He has got networking skills and also is an expert in entrepreneurship skills development and gender related matters. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a Master’s degree in Project management.
Among his primary roles at Hope Iwacu Initiative includes tasks aimed at developing the organization's vision and implementing the policies and procedures that allow Hope Iwacu’s vision to be accomplished. He also coordinates a few tasks at the secretariat office both operational and administration. Countries of experience includes; Rwanda, South Sudan, India, China, South Africa, Zambia, Uganda, Burundi, Ethiopia, among others.

Sylvie, born in Rwanda she studied her high school in Southern province and Nursing studies from University of Rwanda College of Medicine and Health Sciences (UR-CMMHS). She worked with various institutions/Organizations both in Rwanda and Uganda.
She comes in as a psycho-social therapist to cover the following areas:
- Reaching out to human trafficked victims for restoration purposes.
- Reassuring and conducting counseling session to victims especially those with compounded vulnerabilities
- Coordination of SRHR education customized for adolescents in the targeted schools

Justine is a professional training associate and the key attribute that she delivers includes; Researches and collects information pertaining to human rights matters, including their gender dimensions from a variety of data sources (e.g. communications, publications, the press) to keep abreast of issues/events and provide up-to-date information; assists in the analysis of information, to include the impact on Rwanda and thematic mandates on the human rights situation especially on transnational crimes like human trafficking and gender based violence.
Other assignments besides her daily routines includes; participating in court hearings and consultations and she prepares summaries of results, Participate in the process of soliciting for funding for the purposes of managing the task of identification, protection and assistance needs for victims and witnesses of human trafficking and other emerging crimes in Rwanda. Justine is a Business Administration graduate and currently she is pursuing a post graduate diploma in Gender and Human rights.

Clement, Born in Rwanda, studied his high school in Kigali and hislegal and clinical psychologystudies from independent University (ULK) &University of Kibungo (UNIK) respectively. Worked in various companies and hospitals in Rwanda.

- Worked at Kanombe Military hospital (February-May 2019) with much emphasis in psycho-somatization analysis and psychotherapy to concerned matters among patients including counselling services.
- Worked at Rwanda’s National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) Support in detection of mental illnesses among the criminal suspects, 2019.
